This information session focuses on simple, affordable swaps for two of the most common ingredients in everyday cooking: eggs and dairy. Instead of complicated recipes or hard-to-find products, Melissa will break down what these ingredients do in a recipe—and how to replace them in a way that actually works.


Together, we’ll explore:

  • Easy egg substitutes for baking and cooking (including flax eggs and chickpea-based options)

  • Dairy-free alternatives for milk, cream and getting that cheesy flavour

  • How to choose the right swap depending on the recipe
